To the point: a goal for a man or a woman, normally, starts out as finding someone who is compatible to them. We click. We share X/Y/Z. We have so much in common. Together we make sense. Now, all is fair in these qualities one look for in the beginning, but let's start getting into the middle, when we begin to look for the seriousness after the fun and games. We are so worried about who can keep a job and pay a bill. We are so worried about what they have and what they do not. But who has ever sat down and thought of the emotional stability to be gained (or not gained) from being in a relationship. You know what type of an emotional wreck you can be from time to time. Whether or not you suffer from a minor case of bi-polar or schziphrenia, LOL!! But, never the less, you have your eye set on the prize and you have to ask yourself, could whatever you claim your ideal "prize" to be, make up for a lack of passion and mental satisfaction? Are we or are we not looking for the full package? And do we or don't we go through hard patches in our lives? So with that being said, would you rather stay because your bills are paid OR do you leave because there is no backbone to sustain your neediness? Make up your mind people!! What the hell is it that you want?!! LOL!!
So let's focus on emotional and mental
I take pride in the emotional support being given and received in my relationships. If I feel that the "facts of life" cannot be balanced along with your extracurriculars (because I feel a partner is not necessary, at least not a permanent one anyway) then I feel there is no point in being in a relationship. We have the people in this corner who get married because they have awesome resumes and together they can make a shit load of money. Over in the other corner, we have the couples that can't get enough of one another because the sex is fucking awesome. Where is the line drawn for the real stability and foundation of it all? I thought the search began because we were looking for our soulmates? That emotional stability. A gain in self worth, self esteem and all of that good shit. Not to be emotionally crippled by a lack of passion because you chose to look forward to how much more you could better your future by finding a partner with 10 degrees.
When all else fails, look to yourself for that gain. No one can love you better than you already love yourself.
Untill next time bloggers...

'Sore and red'? Why so aggressive luv? lol
I totally agree that self love must be there first. Then it's time to turn my focus towards a woman who can compliment me. It's a process. That's why it's important to be patient.
